The council met at the Civic Centre, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe.
2353 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS – Declarations of personal interests were indicated as follows –

2354 REGIONAL GROWTH FUND – It was moved by Councillor Mrs Redfern and seconded by Councillor Briggs –
“This council welcomes the £10m investment through the Regional Growth Fund from the Conservative led government to create nearly 900 jobs in businesses in North Lincolnshire. In addition this council recognises the work that is taking place to secure inward investment to our area and our plan to secure high skilled and better paid jobs for local people.”
It was moved and seconded –
That in accordance with Procedure Rule D1.19(f) the question be now put with the mover dispensing with the right to respond before the vote is taken.
