113 (24) WASTE CONTRACTS PROJECT LOT 1 APPOINTMENT OF PREFERRED BIDDER – The Director Neighbourhood and Environmental Services submitted a report advising that in accordance with the Contract Procedure Rules for the Waste Procurement Project, following the evaluation of Final Tenders, the Cabinet Member was requested to make the decision to confirm the appointment of the Preferred Bidder upon recommendation of the Project Director, following approval of the Waste Contracts Project Board.
The results of the evaluation of the Final Tenders had been reported to the Waste Contracts Project Board on the 11 February 2011, and the Board endorsed the recommendation of the Project Director.
Resolved – (a) That the recommendations contained in the report be approved and adopted.
