62        (62) SCHOOL GOVERNORS – INSTRUMENT OF GOVERNMENT FOR CROSBY PRIMARY SCHOOL – The Director of People submitted a report seeking approval of the Instrument of Government for Crosby Primary School to be effective from 1 April 2013.

The report outlined that on 4 February 2013 the governing body of Crosby Primary School proposed a change to the Instrument of Government in accordance with the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2012.

Resolved –  That the instrument of government for Crosby Primary School as detailed in Appendix A to the report be approved with effect from 1 April 2013.

63        (63)  SCHOOL GOVERNORS – INSTRUMENT OF GOVERNMENT FOR LINCOLN GARDENS PRIMARY SCHOOL – The Director of People submitted a report seeking approval of the Instrument of Government for Lincoln Gardens Primary School to be effective from 1 April 2013.

The report outlined that on 14 February 2013 the governing body of Crosby Primary School proposed a change to the Instrument of Government in accordance with the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2012.

Resolved –  That the instrument of government for Lincoln Gardens Primary School as detailed in Appendix A to the report be approved with effect from 1 April 2013.
