Customer Services, Sport and Leisure – Minutes – 30 March 2016

11 (11) REVIEW OF CUSTOMER AND INFORMATION SERVICES – The Director of Places submitted a report seeking approval for changes to the establishment within Customer and Information Services to improve service delivery for customers, service efficiency and support the future delivery of Local Taxation and Benefits services.

The council continually reviewed and redesigned services to ensure that high quality, customer focused and sustainable customer services could be delivered into the future.

Full details of the proposals, including financial implications, were set out in the report and accompanying appendices.

 Resolved – (a) That the proposed structure, as set out in the report and accompanying appendices, be approved, and (b) that the review by implemented by 1 July 2016.
