9 (9) COMMUNITY LED LOCAL DEVELOPMENT – The Director: Business Development submitted a report seeking approval to establish two posts to support the Community Led Local Development Programme.

Community Led Local Development (CLLD) was a bottom up regeneration programme, the council submitted the Local Development Strategy for North Lincolnshire in 2016.  The strategy was approved and a full business application was submitted for approval in late 2016.  The value of the total programme was £2.2m.

The full application had now been approved, contracts and offered letters had been received.

The report outlined the five priorities of the programme.

Resolved – (a) That the establishment of the posts of CLLD LAG Co-ordinator and CLLD Support Officer, as set out in the report, be approved, and (b) that the acceptance of the grant detailed herein by the Director: Governance and Partnerships, be endorsed.
