The panel met at the Civic Centre, Scunthorpe.
51 DECLARATIONS OF PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – There were no declarations of personal or personal and prejudicial interests.
No whip was declared.
52 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.
53 THE DEVELOPING ROLE OF OVERVIEW AND SCRUTINY – The Director of Corporate and Community Services circulated a draft scrutiny brief and review timetable, as well as a draft questionnaire to be circulated to all overview and scrutiny members as part of their review into the ‘developing role of overview and scrutiny in North Lincolnshire’.
Members discussed the aforementioned documents and the Director responded to any questions accordingly.
Resolved – That the scrutiny brief, timetable and questionnaire be agreed and circulated accordingly, subject to the amendments made at the meeting being incorporated into the documents.
