The panel met at the Civic Centre, Scunthorpe.

263  DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and personal or personal and prejudicial interests –

No whip was declared.

264  PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK There were no requests received.

265  MINUTES – Resolved – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 19 June 2014, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.

266  REGENERATING NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE – The Chairman welcomed Marcus Walker to the meeting, the council’s Assistant Director for Planning and Regeneration.  Mr Walker had been invited to discuss with members the proposed Marine Energy Park and Able UK Logistics Park situated on the south bank of the Humber.

The Assistant Director delivered an oral presentation, before the Chairman facilitated a discussion on the regeneration projects along the South Humber bank.

Resolved – (a) That the position be noted, and (b) that the Assistant Director for Planning and Regeneration be thanked for his attendance, presentation and for answering members’ questions.
