The panel met at the Civic Centre, Scunthorpe.
243 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and personal or personal and prejudicial interests –

244 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.
245 REVIEW OF IT – The Chairman welcomed Richard Bulmer, Business Enhancement Manager, to the meeting, explaining to the panel that Richard had been invited to discuss the council’s IT and Digital Strategy 2013-16. The Chairman invited Richard to provide an overview of the first half of the strategy, and members asked questions throughout. Issues that were discussed included shared services, the web portal, payment options for local residents, and the future development of the IT service.
Resolved – (a) That the situation be noted, and (b) that Richard Bulmer be thanked and invited to a future meeting to conclude the discussion on the IT and Digital Strategy 2013-16.
