279 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – There were no declarations or whip declared.

280 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.

281 ADDED ITEM – YOUTH SERVICE PROVISION IN WINTERTON – In accordance with the council’s constitution, Councillor Collinson requested an added item on the provision of the current Youth Service in Winterton be included on the agenda for further discussion.  The Chairman welcomed Councillor Waltham, Cabinet Member for People, and Lynne Ashcroft, Principal Manager Universal Prevention Officer to the meeting who updated members on the current provision of services in Winterton, changes that had taken place, current statistics for attendance at the youth centre, and also answered questions from panel members.

Resolved – (a) That Councillor Waltham and Lynne Ashcroft be thanked for attending the meeting, and (b) that the current arrangements be noted.
