351  MINUTES – Resolved – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 23 July 2015, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.

352  PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.

353 (4)  CABINET MEMBER AND SERVICE AREA PRIORITIES – The Chairman welcomed Councillor Hannigan and Mike Wedgewood to the meeting, the council’s Cabinet Member for Policy and Finance and Director of Policy and Resources respectively.  Councillor Hannigan and Mr Wedgewood had been invited to the panel meeting to update members on any key decisions, important business or key developments, which had occurred during the last quarter.

In addition, the Cabinet Member and Director guided panel members through the Policy and Resources directorate plan for 2015-16.

Following the update, the Chairman invited members to question the Cabinet Member for Policy and Finance and Director of Policy and Resources.

Resolved – (a) That the oral update be noted; (b) that the Cabinet Member for Policy and Finance and Director of Policy and Resources be thanked for their attendance, presentation and for answering members’ questions, and (c) that the panel re-visit the council’s Self Service Portal at a future meeting.

354  REGENERATING NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE – UNIVERSITY TECHNICAL COLLEGE – Resolved – That consideration of this item be deferred until its next meeting on 1 October 2015.
