The panel met at the Civic Centre, Scunthorpe.

No whip was declared.
326 MINUTES – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 19 March 2015, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.
327 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.
328 REGENERATING NORTH LINCOLNSHIREThe Chairman welcomed Marcus Walker, Jodie Booth, Rod Chapman and Kevin Vessey to the meeting, the council’s Assistant Director for Planning and Regeneration, Strategic Transport Planning Manager, Asset Team Manager and DLO Manager respectively to the meeting. Messrs Walker, Chapman and Vessey and Miss Booth had been invited to update members on the following –
Road repairs and maintenance
HS2 progress
Pot holes
Infrastructure of the South Humber Gateway
Messrs Walker, Chapman and Vessey and Miss Booth each delivered an oral presentation, before the Chairman facilitated a discussion on the aforementioned subject matter.
Resolved – (a) That the position be noted, and (b) that the Assistant Director for Planning and Regeneration, Strategic Transport Planning Manager, Asset Team Manager and DLO Manager be thanked for their attendance, presentation and for answering members’ questions.

330 CHAIRMAN’S REMARKS – The Chairman thanked all members’ for their support, commitment and enthusiasm and congratulated them on another successful year during this Municipal Year 2014-15.
