The panel met at the Civic Centre, Scunthorpe.

327  DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – Cllr Ogg declared a personal interest on item 329 as a member of his immediate family was employed by Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust. No whip was declared.

328  PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK– There were no requests received.

329  SUPPORTING THOSE WITH CO-EXISTING MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE MISUSE ISSUES (DUAL DIAGNOSIS) – The Chairman initiated a discussion around the panel’s draft report.  Comments, suggestions and clarifications were invited, before the Chairman led the panel through the draft, page by page.  A number of changes were proposed, discussed and agreed.

Resolved – That the panel agree and adopt the report, subject to a small number of changes to be approved by the Chairman and Vice-Chair, and that the finalised report be submitted to Cabinet for consideration.

330  FUTURE WORK PROGRAMME – The Chairman invited members to consider the panel’s future work programme and priorities for the remainder of the municipal year.

Resolved – That the panel consider future priorities, submitting suggestions to the Chairman or feeding back to the next scheduled meeting.
