No whip was declared.
509 MINUTES – Resolved – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 20 January 2016, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.
510 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.
511 PUBLIC TRANSPORT UPDATE – Resolved – That consideration of this item be deferred to a future meeting.
512 HUMBERSIDE POLICE PRECEPT 2016/17 – The Chairman informed members of a recent decision of the Humberside Police and Crime Panel to endorse the Commissioners proposed precept increase of 1.99%. The financial implications for residents were that the Band D Council Tax amount would increase to £183.67 for 2016/17, an increase of £3.59.
Resolved – That the update be noted.
513 PLACES SCRUTINY PANEL WORK PROGRAMME 2016/17 – The Chairman facilitated a discussion amongst members on the work programme for the Panel for the remainder of the municipal year 2016/17.
Resolved – That an update on the council’s child sexual exploitation action plan, Female Genital Mutilation and domestic abuse services 2016/17 be added to the Panel’s work programme.
