83  MINUTES – Resolved – That the minutes of the proceedings of the meeting held on 13 February 2014, having been printed and circulated amongst the members be taken as read and correctly recorded and be signed by the chairman.

84  EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item (minute 85 refers) on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

85  (4)  LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT – SC/14/01 BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF EPWORTH TOWN COUNCIL – In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered a complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint and the response of the subject member.

Mr J Goolden (Independent Person) had submitted his written views on the complaint, which were circulated to all members.

Resolved – (a) That no action be taken on the complaint, and (b) that the panel’s additional recommendation be included in the decision notice.
