240     DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY, PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS – There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary, personal or personal and prejudicial interests.

241     EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item (minute 224 refers) on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

242     (9) LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST FOUR MEMBERS OF NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL. In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject members.

Mr Johnson (Independent Person) submitted his views on the complaint, which were considered by all members.

Resolved – That no action be taken on the complaint.
