Leisure, Arts and Culture and Corporate Services Cabinet Members – Minutes – 30 October 2008

2 (2) SPORTS FACILITIES STAFFING REVIEW – The Service Director Asset Management and Culture submitted a report seeking joint approval for a new staffing structure for the Sports Facilities Section within Asset Management and Culture.

The restructure was designed to make the best use of existing staff resources, to help the council and its partners to deliver the clearly stated vision for North Lincolnshire.

The report and its appendices set out some of the challenges and opportunities which the service faced over the next few years, and also the details of the financial and staffing implications, including the level of consultation undertaken.

Resolved – That the new management structure for Sports Facilities Management, as set out in the report and its appendices, be approved.
