72 (12) GRANT AID APPLICATIONS DECEMBER 2009 – The Service Director Asset Management and Culture submitted a report giving details of the different leisure grant aid schemes in existence, and seeking approval of an application for financial assistance.

73 (13) PLOWRIGHT THEATRE HIRE FEES 20010/11 – The Service Director Asset Management and Culture submitted a report seeking approval of the fees and charges for the Plowright Theatre for 2010/11.
Hire fees needed setting to allow confirmation of bookings for the coming year. Setting fees now enabled the Drama Federation to plan their programme for the year. Advice from the Finance Team was that income targets would rise by 2% next year. The proposal was to increase fees and charges by 2% to cover this rise. The proposed hire fees and charges were set out in the appendix to report.
Resolved – That the proposed fees and charges for the Plowright Theatre for 2010/11 as set out in the appendix to the report be approved
