117 (22) APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE – ROYAL LINCOLNSHIRE MEMORIAL FUND – The Service Director Legal and Democratic submitted a report in connection with an application received from the chairman of the Scunthorpe Branch of the Royal Lincolnshire Memorial Fund seeking assistance towards the cost of a permanent memorial for the men who served in this famous county regiment – The Royal Lincolnshire. The application was for financial assistance towards the costs of the provision of the memorial.

Resolved – That a grant of £200 be made to the Royal Lincolnshire Memorial Fund in the financial year 2010/2011.
