Customer Services, Sport & Leisure, Deputy Leader Portfolio and People Cabinet Members – Minutes – 11 July 2012

2        (2)  COMMUNITY GRANT AID APPLICATIONS – The Director of Places and the Director of People submitted a joint report which sought consideration of five applications that had been received for Community Grant Aid.  The applications were considered against the scheme criteria and available funds.

 

The new Community Grant Fund supported –

  • Grants to Individuals
  • Community Revenue Grant Programme
  • Community Capital Grant Programme

A summary of the five applications was set out in appendix one to the report.

 

Resolved – (a)  That the following  amounts of Community Capital grant support be approved, and (b) that formal presentation of the approved Community Grant Aid requests be made at the             Civic Centre, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe on a date to be determined.
