38        (19) THE FOUNDRY ARMS, SCUNTHORPE – The Director of Places submitted a report which sought approval of terms to secure the surrender of all third party interests in the site and premises, the Foundry Arms, Scunthorpe.

Details of the options available were outlined within the report.

The matter was urgent so that the council could conclude ongoing negotiations promptly towards resolving outstanding liabilities in respect of the Foundry Arms.

Resolved – That the recommendations outlined within the report be approved and adopted.
