Phase 2 was a team undertaking joint functions across both Councils and was approved by the cabinet member on 2 May 2012.  Phase 3 was mainly operational staff remaining in their existing roles at either Brigg or Cleethorpes.

The report provided details of the structure and grades of posts for appointment of  Phase 3 of the shared service with effect from 1 August 2012.

Resolved – That the implementation of Phase 3 of the structure for the shared service arrangement at the grades shown within the report be approved.
