Asset Management, Culture & Housing and People Cabinet Members – Minute – 2 August 2013

The corresponding report of the following item (Minute 62 refers) contains exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

1        (1)  CROWLE MARKET PLACE – The Director of Places and Director of People  submitted a joint report which sought consideration of an opportunity to acquire additional premises in Crowle Market Place to complement its ongoing Crowle Market Place Development Scheme.

It was explained that the premises were suitable for a diverse range of council use and provided space for other commercial opportunities.

Resolved – That the acquisition of the former Market Hall premises in Crowle for purposes described within and in accordance with the terms of this report be approved.
