193      (60)  RECONSTITUTION OF NEW HOLLAND CHURCH OF ENGLAND AND METHODIST PRIMARY SCHOOL BOARD OF GOVERNORS The Director of People submitted a report which sought approval of the instrument of government to allow the board of governors of New Holland Church of England and Methodist Primary School to be reconstituted.

At the full board of governors meeting of New Holland Church of England and Methodist Primary School, held on 23 September 2014, the governors voted to reconstitute the board of governors to bring it in line with the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2012 and the School Governance (Constitution & Federations) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

Appendix 1 of the report set out the constitution of the board of governors in the form of an instrument of government, as requested by the governors of New Holland Church of England and Methodist Primary School.

Resolved – That the new instrument of government for New Holland Church of England and Methodist Primary School be approved.

 

194      (61)  RECONSTITUTION OF THE GRANGE PRIMARY SCHOOL BOARD OF GOVERNORS –  The Director of People submitted a report which sought approval to amend the instrument of government of The Grange Primary School.

At the full board of governors meeting of The Grange Primary School, held on 15 October 2014, the governors resolved to vary the instrument of government introduced on 1 September 2014 under the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2012.

Appendix 1 of the report set out the constitution of the board of governors in the form of an instrument of government, as requested by the governors of The Grange Primary School.
