- Strategic lead for safer neighbourhoods
- Operational Transport
- Drainage and Flood Risk Management
- Environmental Improvement, Sustainability and Energy Management
- Public Rights of Way, Countryside Access and Nature Reserves
- Public Protection including Trading Standards; Water and Food Safety; Environmental Protection; Licensing; and Animal and Housing Standards and Homelessness
- Neighbourhood Services, including Street Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance
- Emergency Planning and Civil Contingencies
