PRESENT:  Councillors Allcock, Eckhardt and O’Sullivan.
The sub-committee met at the Civic Centre, Scunthorpe.994  CHAIRMAN – Resolved – That Councillor Eckhardt be and he is hereby appointed chairman for the meeting.

Councillor Eckhardt thereupon took the chair.

995  DECLARATIONS OF PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND SIGNIFICANT CONTACT WITH APPLICANTS, OBJECTORS OR THIRD PARTIES (LOBBYING) – There were no declarations of personal or personal and prejudicial interests or declarations of significant contact with applicants, objectors or third parties.

996  (25)  LICENSING (ACTIVITIES) SUB-COMMITTEE – APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE, CHARLIE’S BAR, 73 FLEETGATE, BARTON-UPON-HUMBER – The Director of Neighbourhood and Environmental Services submitted a report advising members of an application to vary a premises licence at Charlie’s Bar, 73 Fleetgate, Barton-upon-Humber.

Details of the application were outlined in the report, together with the review application form and a copy of the premises licence.

The sub-committee was advised that the Premises Licence Holder had made a request for an adjournment to the proceedings as neither he nor his legal representative was able to attend the hearing.

After taking advice from the Director of Corporate and Community Services, it was –

Resolved – That consideration of this application be deferred until a suitable time and date can be agreed between all parties.
