PRESENT:  Councillors Armitage, P Vickers and Wells.The sub-committee met at the Civic Centre, Scunthorpe.

1063  CHAIRMAN – Resolved – That Councillor P Vickers be and he is hereby appointed chairman for the meeting.

Councillor P Vickers thereupon took the chair.

1064  DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS, PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND SIGNIFICANT CONTACT WITH APPLICANTS, OBJECTORS OR THIRD PARTIES (LOBBYING) – There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and personal or personal and prejudicial interests.

1065  (31)  LICENSING ACT 2003 – APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE, BOOZE BARGAIN (CURRENTLY BOOZEMASTER), 149-153 FRODINGHAM ROAD, SCUNTHORPE –The Director of Places advised the sub-committee that the original application to vary a premises licence at Booze Bargain (currently Boozemaster), 149-153 Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe, heard on 22 November 2012 (minute 1057 refers) and adjourned to this date, had subsequently been withdrawn by the applicant.

Resolved– That the situation be noted and that no further action was required.
