234 MINUTES – Resolved – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 9 January 2014, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.
235 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.
236 SICKNESS ABSENCE – The Chairman summarised the evidence that the panel had heard to date, before leading a debate on potential findings, conclusions and recommendations.
Resolved – That officers draft a report summarising the panel’s work to date before submitting it to a future meeting for further consideration.
237 REVIEW OF IT – The Chairman provided the panel with an overview of interviews held to date, and outlined a number of areas for future consideration.
Resolved – (a) That the situation be noted and, (b) that arrangements for future evidence gathering interviews are made.
