269  PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.

270  MINUTES – Resolved – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 10 July 2014, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.

271  REGENERATING NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE – The Chairman welcomed Marcus Walker to the meeting, the council’s Assistant Director for Planning and Regeneration.  Mr Walker had been invited to discuss with members how Humberside International Airport was assisting the regeneration of North Lincolnshire.

The Assistant Director delivered an oral presentation, before the Chairman facilitated a discussion on how Humberside International Airport was assisting the regeneration of North Lincolnshire.

Resolved – (a) That the position be noted; (b) that the Assistant Director for Planning and Regeneration be thanked for his attendance, presentation and for answering members’ questions, and (c) that Mr Walker and a representative of Humberside International Airport be invited to the panel meeting on 11 September 2014.
