274  MINUTES – Resolved – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 31 July 2014, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.

275  PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.

276  REGENERATING NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE – The Chairman welcomed Marcus Walker, the council’s Assistant Director for Planning and Regeneration and Paul Litten, Humberside International Airport to the meeting.  Mr Walker and Mr Litten had been invited to discuss with members how Humberside International Airport was assisting the regeneration of North Lincolnshire.

Mr Littten delivered an oral presentation, before the Chairman facilitated a discussion on how Humberside International Airport was assisting the regeneration of North Lincolnshire.

Resolved – (a) That the position be noted, and (b) that the Assistant Director for Planning and Regeneration and Humberside International Airport Commercial Manager be thanked for their attendance, presentation and for answering members’ questions.
