The panel met at the Civic Centre, Scunthorpe.

306 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and personal or personal and prejudicial interests –

No whip was declared.

307 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.

308 REGENERATING NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE – The Chairman welcomed Sean Brennan to the meeting, the council’s Special Projects and Programmes Team Manager from the Planning and Regeneration Service.  Mr Brennan had been invited to update members on the current level of business support the council was providing to businesses in North Lincolnshire.

Mr Brennan guided members through a presentation, before the Chairman facilitated a discussion on how the council was supporting businesses in North Lincolnshire.

Resolved – (a) That the position be noted, and (b) that the Special Projects and Programmes Team Manager be thanked for his attendance, excellent presentation and for answering members’ questions.
