301 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and personal or personal and prejudicial interests –

No whip was declared.

302 MINUTES – Resolved – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 4 December 2014, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.

303 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.

304 REGENERATING NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE – The Chairman welcomed Tom Coburn and Nick Over to the meeting, the council’s Head of Sports, Leisure and Culture and Sports Facilities Manager respectively.  Messrs Coburn and Over had been invited to update members on how the Pods leisure facility was assisting the regeneration of North Lincolnshire.

Mr Coburn and Mr Over provided a comprehensive update on the success of the Pods, before the Chairman facilitated a discussion on how the Pods leisure facility was assisting the regeneration of North Lincolnshire.

Resolved – (a) That the position be noted, and (b) that the Head of Sports, Leisure and Culture and Sports Facilities Manager be thanked for their attendance, verbal presentation and for answering members’ questions.
