310 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and personal or personal and prejudicial interests –

No whip was declared.

311 MINUTES – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 18 December 2014 and 15 January 2015, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.

312 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.

313 REGENERATING NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE – The Chairman welcomed Sean Brennan to the meeting, the council’s Special Projects and Programmes Team Manager from the Planning and Regeneration Service.  Mr Brennan had been invited to update members on the progress the council was making in delivering superfast broadband to the residents of North Lincolnshire.

Mr Brennan guided members through a verbal presentation, before the Chairman facilitated a discussion on the implementation of superfast broadband in North Lincolnshire.

Resolved – (a) That the position be noted, and (b) that the Special Projects and Programmes Team Manager be thanked for his attendance, verbal presentation and for answering members’ questions.
