The panel met at Billet Lane, Scunthorpe.
450 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and personal or personal and prejudicial interests –
No whip was declared.
451 MINUTES – Resolved – That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 13 January and 10 February 2015, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.
452 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.
453 HIGHWAYS AND NEIGHBOURHOODS SERVICES – BILLET LANE DEPOT– The Chairman welcomed all panel members to Billet Lane. Councillor N Sherwood, Cabinet Member for Highways and Neighbourhoods had invited members to visit Billet Lane to explore in more detail his Cabinet Member portfolio.
Members were shown around the offices, workshop and facilities at the Billet Lane depot.
Resolved – That the Director of Places thank, on behalf of the panel, those employees who showed members round the Billet Lane depot.
454 CABINET MEMBER AND SERVICE AREA PRIORITIES – The Chairman welcomed Councillor N Sherwood to the meeting, the council’s Cabinet Member for Highways and Neighbourhoods. Councillor N Sherwood had been invited to the panel meeting to update members on any key decisions, important business or key developments, which had occurred during the last quarter.
Resolved – That the Cabinet Member for Highways and Neighbourhoods be thanked for his attendance, presentation and for answering members’ questions.
