Councillors Collinson, Godfrey, Longcake, and Wells.
Statutory Co-opted Member: Mr W Egan (Church Representative), Mr S Milner, Mrs Whittaker (Parent Governor Representatives)
The panel met at Church Square House, Scunthorpe.
492 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS, AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) – Mrs Whittaker declared a personal interest as a foster carer. Cllr Collinson declared a personal interest as he had relatives who worked in the Disability Team.
No whip was declared.
493 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK – There were no requests received.
494 THE EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE – The Chairman led a discussion on the panel’s draft report, reporting throughout on any feedback received from stakeholders.
The panel suggested various alterations and clarifications, which were debated and agreed.
Resolved – (a) That, subject to a number of minor alterations, the report be agreed and adopted; (b) that the report be passed to Cabinet for consideration, and (c) that all stakeholders and witnesses be kept informed throughout.
