3. To consider the findings of the Investigating Officer Mrs Val Wilcockson, into an allegation that Councillor Mick Grant of North Lincolnshire Council breached the council’s Code of Conduct.

1 DECLARATIONS OF PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS – There were no declarations of personal or personal and prejudicial interests.
2 (1) COMPLAINT 2011/12/09 – The Sub-Committee considered a report by the Investigating Officer, Mrs V Wilcockson, in respect of this complaint by Ms Z Fillingham, a member of the public, against Councillor Grant of North Lincolnshire Council.
Mrs Wilcockson attended the meeting, presented her report and answered members’ questions.
Resolved – That the matter be referred to a full hearing.
