211 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY, PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS – The following member declared a personal interest as follows:-
Cllr O’Sullivan declared a personal interest as she knew someone related to the complaint. However, this was neither the complainant nor the member in question.
No further declarations of interest were declared.
212 EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item (minute 213 refer) on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
213 (1) LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL. In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject member.
Mr Johnson (Independent Person) submitted his views on the complaint, which were considered by all members.
Resolved – That no action be taken on the complaint.
